The application is filed for condonation of delay of 56 days caused in filing restoration application and also for restoration of Criminal Writ petition No. 1367/2013. Notice is given only to State which is waived by the learned APP. As the matter was dismissed before issuing notice, there is no need to issue notice to respondent No. 2 - Ku. Sachi Madhav Shanbagh. In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Writ Petition is restored. 2.
