Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 Petroleum Corporation states, on instructions, that the entire process in respect of allotment of the dealership for retail sale of petroleum products in pursuance to the advertisement issued by the Petroleum Company is complete and the successful applicant has already commenced the commercial operations since 31st March 2014. In this view of the matter, in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration.
