The applicant is seeking quashing of the order dated 22/04/2018 passed by panel of Lok-Adalat in First Appeal No. 769 of 2007 by condoning the delay of 636 days. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid award passed in Lok-Adalat and some correction is needed in respect of area of the land involved. The learned counsel for the acquiring body is also agree for sending the matter back to the panel of Lok-Adalat for such correction. In view of the same, the matter is referred to the upcoming Lok-Adalat dated 11/02/2023 for necessary correction.
