The present civil application is filed for recalling of order dismissing the writ petition for non prosecution. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application and considering the principle that for the fault of the lawyer litigant should not be made to suffer, we recall the order dated 22.01.2021 and restore the writ petition to its original position. The civil application is disposed of.
