We have heard the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of respondent No.2. None present for respondent No.1.

We have perused the earlier orders of this Court, dated 10/10/2014 in Civil Application No.10008/2014, dated 18/04/2015 in Civil Application No.4589/2015 and dated 27/04/2015 in Civil Application No.4589/2015, all in First Appeal No.1041/2014. 3.
The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he can furnish solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, so as to withdraw 75% of the interest amount,
2756.20ca (2) that may have accrued on the principal amount that was deposited and also withdrawn to the extent of 75%.

The learned A.G.P. submits that he has no role in this matter. 5.
In view of the above, this application is allowed, permitting the applicant to tender a solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial), to the extent of withdrawal of 75% of the interest amount.
