Learned advocate for the petitioner states that certificate is issued to the petitioner, he, however, makes a grievance that no official seal is affixed on the same. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions from the Sub Divisional Officer, Kannad submits that this is a valid certificate and it is that he will instruct the Sub Divisional Officer to put official seal on the said certificate.

In view of above, since the order is complied with, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
