The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of similarly situated person, the amount of compensation has been determined for the loss sustained to the crops because of percolation of water. The petitioners also made representations. Even panchanama has been drawn on 14th October, 2016. However, no steps are taken as yet.

Respondent No. 2 - the Competent Authority shall take decision on the representation dated 22nd November, 2016 filed by the petitioners expeditiously and in any circumstances, within six months. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
