Order :- Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

In view of the nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to grant ad-interim stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Award passed by the learned Reference Court. Hence, the execution and implementation of the impugned Award is hereby stayed subject to condition that the applicant-appellant - Acquiring Body shall deposit entire decreetal amount along interest accrued thereon as awarded by the Reference Court within a period of twelve ( 12 ) weeks in this Court. On failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated with liberty to the claimants to take recourse of law, for execution of the award passed by the learned Reference Court.
