When this court expressed its disinclination to allow the application, the learned advocate for the applicant on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.

Considering the nature of the offence, it would be proper to direct the trial court to hear the case as expeditiously
(2) 910ba365.24 as possible in any case within six months. The trial court shall conduct the case by fixing the dates at least twice in a week. Needless to mention the word 'Sessions' means once it is started, it shall not be stopped till conclusion. The trial court to note that if the trial is not concluded within time, the applicant is entitled for filing an application for granting bail on the ground of right to speedy trial under Article 21 of the Constitution of India before the trial court.
