ORDER :

Learned counsel appearing for the parties referred to that the F.I.R. bearing no. 107/2015 had been lodged making allegations against present applicants, who were in-laws of respondent no. 2.

During the pendency of proceedings, it appears that the situation has developed further culminating into permanent separation of husband and wife under a divorce decree of the family court.

The matters have been settled by the parties amongst themselves amicably, under which, it had been agreed to take back the complaints against each other.

Having regard to that the allegations had been made while the matrimonial relations had been subsisting and the matter

(2) 985 CriWP-273.2021.odt amongst the parties and especially between the husband and wife has been settled and decree of divorce has been passed and the parties are agreed to take back the cases filed against each other, it deemed appropriate to allow the criminal writ petition and as such, writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and is disposed of.
