This is the Application for condonation of 42 days delay in preferring this Application against the Order dated 11.02.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing registration of the Appeal for want of removal of Office objection. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned AGP for the State.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.One Thousand Only) to be paid by the Applicant to the Bar Association of the Reference Court i.e. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Paranda within a period of four (4) weeks.
