This application is filed seeking stay to the execution and operation of the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court.

This Court on 29.04.2014 granted stay and issued notice to the respondent on a condition of depositing 50% of the amount. By the subsequent order dated 23.08.2017, first appeal is admitted directing to list the appeal for final hearing in its due course.

Considering that the amount is not deposited, this application for stay is taken up for hearing. 5.

Civil Application stands allowed.

The stay is continued till disposal of appeal with a condition to deposit renaming amount of 50% within a period of eight weeks from today.
