The petitioner is in need of early decision of the Committee on the proceeding for validation of his tribe certificate. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Enquiry has been conducted and he has been served with a copy of the report, to which he has responded. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the Committee would need another 4 months for deciding the claim.

Considering the fact that the Vigilance Enquiry has already been completed and the reply has also been filed by the petitioner, copies of which are annexed to the petition memo, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Committee to decide the proposal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 6 (six) weeks.
