The learned counsel for the appellants has pointed out the order dated 27th June 2023 passed in connected First Appeal St. No. 35291/2021 wherein this Court has permitted withdrawal of entire amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court along with accrued interst thereon on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. 2.

In view of the above, present civil application filed for withdrawal of amount is also disposed of. Applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. 3.

Appeal admitted.
