Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the service book of the petitioner is complete. He further submits that, though the petitioner's applications/ representations dated 21st March, 2009 and 12th June, 2015 and are pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, yet no decision has been taken by Education Officer on the said representations/applications.

We direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded to take appropriate decision on the said representations/applications, if already not taken, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months from today. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
