The applicant-original claimant is seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited before this Court in terms of the award passed in Lok Adalat on 13.7.2019. Though the learned counsel for the acquiring body has raised dispute about calculation, however, in terms of the award passed in Lok Adalat, the amount has been deposited before this Court. The first appeal No. 3955 of 2019 also came to be disposed of in terms of the award passed in the Lok Adalat.
