ORAL ORDER :- 1.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court has passed an order on 30.01.2015 in the Civil Application No.3873/2014 alongwith Civil Application No.1023/2009. Considering the said order passed, this Petition can be disposed of in terms of the directions set out in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 30.01.2015. 2.

In paragraph No.8 of the order dated 30.01.2015, we have observed as under :- "8.

The respondent No.3 shall consider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment made by the applicant, expeditiously considering the

(2) WP No. 2569/2008 aforesaid observation, preferably within three months from the date of this order. In case the proposals are approved by the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall take further steps with regard to salary" 3.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed of in the light of the directions set out in paragraph No.8 reproduced above. 4.

The rule is discharged.
