Learned advocate for the respondent purports to oppose the reasons for condonation of delay, however, he is hardly able to challenge the veracity of the contents of the application. 3.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient to condone the delay and grant the application.

Accordingly, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C", subject to payment of costs of
