The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 27.12.2016 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad transferring file of Appeal No.113/2016 pending before Additional Collector, Jalna to Additional Collector, Osmanabad. 2.

Perusal of impugned order shows that it sans reasons for exercise of powers to transfer proceeding.

Now learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.4 submits that in fact reasons for which transfer was sought does not survive and he has no difficulty to proceed with the matter before Additional Collector, Jalna.

In that view of the matter, Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B). Parties to appear before Additional Collector, Jalna on 14.07.2025. The learned Additional Collector, Jalna shall
