By the present application, the appellant- Insurance Company seeks permission to serve Respondent No. 7 by a substituted service, by publication in daily newspaper 'Sakal' .

It appears that Respondent No. 7 Kevalbai Murlidhar Patil who is the owner of offending vehicle could not be served with notice though sufficient efforts have been taken by the appellant. Therefore, the appellant is hereby permitted to serve Respondent No. 7 by substituted service by publication of notice in daily newspaper 'Sakal' Dhule edition. The Notice is made returnable on 16.04.2024.

The appellant to produce the paper publication on the returnable date.
