By this application, the petitioner desires to place on record certain events that have occurred after the filing of the petition. So also, he prays for addition of certain parties. 2.

The petition is at pre-admission stage. Interim relief has not been granted.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 4.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed with the following directions :-

5502.22ca (2) (a) The amendment, as proposed, be carried out on or before 04/05/2022.

(b) A freshly typed amended copy of the memo of the petition be filed on the same date with copies to the learned AGP.

After amendment, office to issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 17/06/2022. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of the added respondent No.4. 6.

Spare copies of the petition paper book, for issuance of notice, to be supplied.
