It would be open for the petitioner to tender an application for redressal of his grievance to the respondent No.3. If the petitioner tenders application within a period of four weeks from today, the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurangabad shall take appropriate decision and may issue necessary instructions, if deemed necessary in the facts of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application. With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
