The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 27/03/2015, passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Nashik. The said order is assailed on the grounds formulated in the memo of the petition. 2.

I have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy in approaching the Deputy Director, Land Records, Nashik, for assailing the impugned order.

Consequentially, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the said remedy. The time

spent by the petitioner in this Court from 28/02/2017, till the passing of this order would be a good ground for condonation of delay.
