Learned AGP has placed on record copy of letter dated 21.07.2025 addressed by Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to Divisional Commissioner, thereby forwarding the proposal for releasing the arrears of petitioner. On receipt of the same, Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has forwarded it to the Relief and Rehabilitation Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, raising demand of Rs. 2,37,90,000/-.

The Additional Chief Secretary, Relief and Rehabilitation Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 25-CP-235-2025 Department shall take decision on the said proposal within four weeks from today. The petitioner shall be paid the arrears within eight weeks from today.

With these directions, contempt petition is disposed of. 4.
