Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 54 days caused in filing appeal. Perused application, it seems that delay has been occasioned on account of administrative exigency and applicant has not derived any advantage by causing delay. A case is made out to condone delay. Hence following order .

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) Delay of 54 days caused in filing appeal is condoned.

(iii) Appeal be registered subject removal of office objections if any.
