The learned counsel for the petitioner tendered across the bar a copy of communication dated 02/04/2025 issued by the petitioner mentioning that after the measurement, the area proposed for Mahamarg Police Station to the extent of 80 R land, is shifted somewhere else from his land Gut No.1226. The same communication is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. As such, the purpose of this writ petition is served. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn along with civil application.
