Shri. V.P. Latange, learned advocate for petitioner places on record a copy of the communication dated 14.06.2013, issued by petitioner, thereby informing that respondent has been regularized in employment w.e.f. 14.06.2013, same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-'X' for identification. He further submits that this petition can be disposed of in the light of said communication. He also relies on the order passed by this Court (Coram: Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) on 08.02.2016 in Writ Petition No. 4888/2005, in similar circumstances.

Learned advocate for respondent opposes the prayer of the petitioner. He tries to justify the order impugned in the Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 13-WP-4891-2005 present petition.

It is pertinent to note here that, learned advocate for respondent was also representing respondent in Writ Petition No. 4888/2005 and in that petition he made a statement that he does not object if the petition is disposed of in the light of communication dated 12.01.2016 by which respondent was regularized in services of petitioner.

In the light of fact that, by communication dated 14.06.2013, services of the respondent is regularized w.e.f. 14.06.2013 and in similar circumstances, this Court has disposed of Writ Petition No. 4888/2005, this petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
