Mr.Irale-Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to finalise the proposal for pensionary benefits in respect of the petitioner.

The husband of the petitioner died in service. The reversion order issued to the husband

2 74-WP-2377.odt of the petitioner was set aside by this Court, which fact is not disputed by any of the parties. Therefore, the defence of the respondents that the husband of the petitioner was not working as Civil Engineering Assistant at the time of his death, does not survive.

In view of the above, the respondents shall process the papers of pensionary benefits in respect of the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of four months from the date of this order. The respondents shall communicate to the petitioner the compliance, if any, to be made by the petitioner. The petitioner shall make the compliance, if any, communicated by the respondents.
