1] Heard. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner and also respondents, the application is allowed to the extent of adding the applicant [intervenor] as party respondent. However, we make it clear that, so far as the contentions raised on merits in the said Application have not been taken into consideration, while disposing of this

3294.2017 CA Application. Civil Application No.3294 of 2017 stands disposed of accordingly.

2] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.7834 of 2016 makes a statement that, he will take steps to add applicant - intervenor as party respondent forthwith. Mr.Rajendra S.Deshmukh, Advocate, waives service of notice on behalf of added respondent. If the added respondent wishes to file reply, he can do so on or before 8th February, 2018, by serving copy of the said reply to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and other respondents.

3] List Writ Petition Nos.7834 of 2016 and 10788/2017 on 14th February, 2018, for final disposal.
