Learned counsel for the appellant has filed no instructions pursis along with notice dated 24/08/2017 and the track report of the postal department indicating delivery of the notice to the appellant. In spite of the same the appellant is absent nor any arrangement be made. 2.

It is duty of the appellant to make sure that the proceedings filed by him are persuaded. Non appearance of the appellant indicates his disinclination to conduct the appeal, hence appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
