We have heard Mr. Awsarmol, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel challenges the auction of the sand spot held on 30.01.2017.

Mr. Gore, the learned counsel submits that, in fact, the petitioner has not made the contractor as a party. He is instructed to appear for the contractor.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that, as per the relevant Government Resolution the sub committee is already constituted and the

2 wp 3182.17 petitioner may approach the sub committee.

In view of that, though Mr. Awsarmol, the learned counsel has sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
