Petitioner claims that status quo order passed by this Court in respect of his shop is violated by the Respondents, in the drive for removal of encroachments.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that the Petitioner's shop is kept in tact, however, encroachment made by the Petitioner, on the road, is removed in the said drive. 3.
