Present writ petition takes exception to the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by Adhoc District Judge-3, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar below Exhibit-4 in PWDVA No.69 of 2024. 2.

Heard Mr. Pahune Patil, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

It can be observed that interim order passed by learned District Judge in PWDVA No.69 of 2024 is assailed in this petition, by which ad-interim stay is granted to the order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class thereby granting maintenance in favour of the petitioner. Now, appeal itself is at the stage of final hearing before learned District Judge.

In that view of the matter, without delving into merit of challenge to impugned order, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Adhoc District Judge, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the pending appeal expeditiously. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of with the directions to the learned Adhoc District Judge-3, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the pending appeal on it's own merits, within a period of two

(2) months from today.
