DATED : September 26, 2024 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, at present he is not in contact with the applicants. However, it appears that the learned counsel Mr. Kini Chinmay Vishwanath has also not filed Vakalatnama in this matter since long. The record shows that last chance is already granted. The applicants have filed this application in the year 2016 and well aware about the pendency of the same. The applicant did not care to file Vakalatnama since long. Thus, considering the highest negligent conduct of the applicants, it can be safely inferred that they are not interested in prosecuting the application. In view of the, the same stands dismissed in default.
