We have heard Mr. Bide, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The dispute appears to be of the property between the petitioner and the respondent No. 6.

The dispute with regard to the ownership can not be gone into in the writ jurisdiction. The petitioner has to avail the appropriate remedy as may be permissible under law. If the petitioner avails such remedy, all contentions are kept open. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
