This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition which stood dismissed for want of registration. As per conditional order passed by the learned Registrar Judicial on 19.08.2024, in the light of failure on the part of the petitioner/applicant to remove office objections, registration of the petition stood refused.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGP and learned counsel for respondent No. 4.

Having considered the contents of the application, we are of the opinion that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 161 days in moving this application and also for seeking restoration of the petition.

Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Writ petition is restored subject to the applicant removing office objections within four weeks from today.
