DATE : 06/07/2017 PER COURT :- 1] Having heard Miss Talekar for the appellant, we do not find that thee is an order of the learned Single Judge adverse to the interest of the appellant, and therefore, the appeal is competent. There is an observation or finding in one paragraph of the order but yet as a whole we do not think that the learned Single Judge has done something which would enable the appellant to present an appeal, term it as an order adverse to the interest of the appellant. In such circumstances, appeal being wholly misconceived is dismissed. In view of the disposal of appeal, Civil Application No.8483/2012 stands disposed of.
