On hearing learned counsel for parties and considering restricted submission so made referring to implementation of order dated 31.01.2017 passed by Additional Commissioner, we are inclined to dispose of writ petition, as the learned counsel appearing for concerned respondent No. 3 makes statement that, they will take steps to implement order dated 31.07.2017 as per rule, as early as possible, preferably within three (03) months from today.
