This is an application presented by the petitioners seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by them in this Court during pendency of the petition.

This Court, while disposing of writ petition, has permitted Respondent No.2- Bank to withdraw the amount deposited by petitioner towards loan liability. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent-Bank states that loan liability of petitioners is to the tune of Rs.84 lakhs and amount of Rs.12 lakhs deposited by them has been adjusted against aforesaid loan amount.
