There is delay of 67 days in filing revision against acquittal. The respondents-accused were acquitted of offences punishable under sections 324, 323 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in R.C.C. No.36 of 2002, which was further confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.29 of 2010 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed and delay of 67 days is condoned.
