The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner with incorrect spelling. The petitioner applied for tribe certificate with correct spelling on 17.02.2021.

The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor. On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner with incorrect spelling, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Degloor shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner with correct spelling within four (04) weeks from the date of submission of tribe certificate with incorrect spelling.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
