Mr Solanke, the learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that after flinn of the writ petition, the seal is opened and the petitioner is allowed to run his business in the said shop.

In view of that, the learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to anitate afresh, if cause of action arises.

The writ petition as such is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
