It has been pointed out by the office that the operative part of the order was erroneously omitted in the fourth paragraph of order dated 03.03.2025, in spite of the petition being partly allowed. 2.

In view of the above, the following paragraph shall be added at the end of paragraph No. 4.

'The impugned order dated 21.01.2022 passed by respondent - Scrutiny Committee is quashed and set aside even to the extent of Gangasagar Vyankatrao Padalwar. The Committee shall immediately issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, which shall be subject to the decision to be taken by the Committee in the reopened matter. The petitioner shall not be 1/2
