The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has challenged the judgment and award dated 10-12-2021, passed by the learned MACT, Nanded in MACP No. 35/2019 on various grounds and has deposited entire award amount before this court. Hence, requested to

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels the impugned order dated 10-12-2021, is stayed in terms of prayer clause-B till final disposal of the appeal.
