1] The validation proceedings is pending. The directions are also sought not to take coercive action against the petitioner till pendency of the validation proceedings. 2] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.R.Salve, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

3] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5th April, 2022. The Committee, thereafter, shall endeavour to decide the said validation proceedings

3239.22WP expeditiously, preferably within four [4] months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

4] Till the validation proceeding is pending, the employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 5] The parties may take further steps pursuant to the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

6] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
