Both the sides present. Today the learned APP produced the letter issued by Superintendent of Yerwada Open Jail, Pune. It shows that Yerwada Open Jail has now space to accommodate the petitioner and he has no objection to transfer the petitioner to Yerwada Jail.

In view of this submission, the petition is allowed. The present petitioner is to be transferred from Paithan Open Jail, District Aurangabad to Yerwada Open Jail, Pune. Petition is disposed of.
