Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. He submits that in fact the petition can be disposed of as dismissed for the same reasons as have been recorded in bunch of matters decided by this Court on 14.02.2025 (writ petition no.8610/2024) and connected matters. He submits that the decision has been challenged before the Supreme Court. The petitioner also intends to take the same stand as was taken by some of these petitioners, seeking revision of the merit list by permitting migration of the reserved category students who availed relaxation of 5% of the marks in respect of CTET or TET examinations which are the eligibility criteria for appearing at

( 2 ) 932 wp 3447.25 TAIT. Since the petitioner was not party to the group of petitions, she is soliciting a similar order.

The learned AGP admits the fact that based on the relief being claimed by the petitioner, the petition is liable to be dismissed for the same reasons as have been recorded in writ petition no.8610/2024 and group of matters 3.
