The petitioner seeks ACPS benefit. The petitioner claims to be a member of non teaching staff of the Ashram School. 2.

The issue is no longer res-integra in view of catena of judgments of this Court. Reference can be had to the order dated 25th July, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 8423 of 2018. 3.

In view of the decision rendered by the Division Bench, as referred to above, the petition deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed.

The respondents are directed to examine the cases of each of the petitioner for deciding whether he satisfies the criteria laid down for claiming benefits under the ACPS to the private aided

2 wp 3134.20 Government school under the Government Resolution dated 30th April 1998, as modified from time to time, and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to claim benefits under the Scheme and he satisfies the eligibility criteria, the respondents shall extend the benefits to the petitioner. The respondents shall scrutinize the case of the petitioner within a period of six (06) months and extend the benefits to the petitioner if found eligible, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of four (04) months from such scrutiny.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
