The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1139 days which, according to them, occurred due to their poor financial condition.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. The acquiring body though served not appeared.

In view of the submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1139 days is hereby condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any
