Heard. Leave to add Scrutiny Committee as

party Respondent. Notice to the Respondents, including added Respondent. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the Respondents, including added Respondent.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that against the rejection of the application for issuance of tribe certificate as belonging to Koli Mahadeo, Scheduled Tribe, Petitioner filed an appeal before the Committee on 12th February 2015. Thrice the Petitioner has been heard, however the same is not yet decided. Lastly the Petitioner is heard in the month of December 2015.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

In case the appeal filed by the Petitioner is pending with the Scrutiny Committee, then the Scrutiny Committee shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law,

expeditiously, preferably within SIX MONTHS.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
